Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

Unless you install a wideband sensor to wire it to, an A/F gauge is useless in a WRX. The stock O2 sensors won't work...and the gauge will be worthless for all intents and purposes.

Would this be useful? Not exactly like an A/F gague.

Oxygen Sensors (Lambda Probes) are self generating sensors that produce a small output voltage according to that oxygen content of the exhaust gas

Higher amounts of exhaust oxygen indicate a lean mixture and produce a small output voltage. Rich mixture produces very little oxygen and the output voltage is higher. This voltage range is amplified and scaled by the display unit to drive an LED bar-graph calibrated to both air/fuel ratio and carbon monoxide (CO). Instant O2 Display Check engine fuel mixture Carburetted or EFI engines Factory or after market sensor Optimise Power And Economy Running lean or rich? That is the question. LambdaLink allows you to monitor your O2 and fuel mixture with ease. Comes complete with a tailpipe kit for accurate readings. A must for the enthusiast.

Suits all Cars. Gives a visual display of fuel mixtures - early warning to lean mixture under high boost. Reduces costly engine re-builds. Reads off std factory O2 (lambda) sensor. (elect wiring knowledge required to fit)

Lambda Links $229.99

Also what other gauge's are good. I want an egt, and oil pressure. Question on egt also. Is it hard to install?

the wrx has a wide band o2 sensor stock so you can't hack into it for an aftermarket guage like autometer. (if you have an autometer catalog it names the wrx as a car that you need the optional o2 sensor. I did fins someone that hacked into the ECM harness and got it to work: http://www56.homepage.villanova.edu/daniel.arnal/wrx/

He has a how to.

I myself bought the autometer sensor and for all the work I would have gone with either these two after market wide bands:

Turboxs has a new unit that does this just check their site:
www.turboxs.com , you can read the thing off a gameboy if you want.

Or AEM has a wideband O2 guage and sensor that they sell.

I WISH I HAD GONE WITH THE AEM! It is a little expensive don't it looks cool and works.
