2005 WRX wet air filter the MAF/Misfire help!!!

I have a 2005 WRX 2.0L. Turbo back exhaust, AEM short ram intake, GFB hybrid BOV and Cobb stage 2.

Please Help!

Here is the issue set up: My car was outside in a heavy rain storm and unknown to me water poured in through the hood and on to the air filter cone. When I started the car it fired up then died. It threw CEL MAF code. I pulled the MAF and it was very wet. I replaced it with a remain part from Oriely's. The car seemed to be running fine. It idled fine and sounded like it was running good. I test dove in and it had a small vibration or shutter and power lose when under boost. The boost is reading normal with about 15psi and seems to hold and boost as it did before.

Here is the issue. If I drive on the freeway and keep it out of boost it feels fine. I can take it up to 85-90 mph. If I start a6 60 in 5th gear and stomp on it the boost shoots up to about 15psi and after about 5-6 seconds it starts to lose power and shudder, the check engine light comes on and then starts to flash. If I remove throttle the check engine light flashes for a few more seconds then turns solid. I can then slow back down to 60 stomp on it again and the same this happens. I pulled the codes and got P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304. Miss fire codes. Anyone ever have this happen to them? Thank you so much for any input.
