04 Cobb Stage2- Gst dyno sheet

I got my car tuned by Mike @ GST a few weeks ago. He did a great job on my car it feels alot smoother and responsive.

My Baseline: 209.9@6000whp/202.6@5000wtq @14.5psi

After the tune: 214.4@6500whp/204.1@3750wtq @14.5psi

MODS: HKS up, HKS down, 3" hi-power, Cobb AP V1, blitz bov

Mike said my car was running really lean when i brought it in w/ the cobb stage 2 91oct map. So he tuned it to be safer and still alittle quicker. Which is exactly what i needed.

The reason im only running 14.5 psi instead of the 16.5 cobb states their stg2 makes, is the HKS down isn't a bellmouth. Mike said my wastegate cycle was maxed and 14.5psi was all she had. So i know theres more power to be had as soon as i can afford a bellmouth haha!

+1 for GST

Looks like you are right for wanting to change out your Downpipe. Looks like that HKS piece is limiting your power as it seems like lots of people get around 225-240 on Stage 2 Pro-Tune. The Dyno map looks clean though. +1 Mike @ GST.

Don't know why you even bothered with the hks dp. If I recall, COBB says not to use the hks because it is like a stock downpipe. No wonder your car was running ****ty. I have a Bosal DWG downpip which still keeps my mid pipe cat and it works perfectly. It was only around $200 new, so that is a little cheaper than COBB's if you are worried about money.

Upgrading the boost control solenoid would help you with the low boost and would really help your mid range torque. The HKS downpipe is not a good choice either .

Thanks

I would still say change the dp out first then try the boost solenoid.
