02 WRX wagon need mods advise, please help.
hi guys, i just bought a 02 WRX wagon, so far i have a auto shop check out my car, nothing much wrong, only my ECU does not working good, means something going wrong with it, but i got the car for a unbelieveable price from my cousin, so, i guess i can spend some money to mod the car instead of fix it, here is the what i have inside the car now:
K&N cold air intake.
SPT cat back exhaust.
HKS bov.
Cusco sway bar set.
other then that, everything else are stock, about my ECU, if you know there is possible to reflash it can help, or other wise i have to buy another ECU. let me know guys.
so anyone can give me some advise to up grade my car to 250HP or even up to 300HP down the the wheel? please let me know. thank you very much guys.

they said my ECU is the one causing misfire, and it is not sending signal out to the turbo wastegate control solenoid to give me full boost, so now my car can only running in whatever the wastegate spring pressure is.

Step 1, lose the Blow Off Valve....
I had a reliable 241AWHP with the following:
VF-34 Turbo
555CC injectors
Walbro Fuel pump
ECU reflash (Ecutek)
Helix Catted down pipe
Apexi GT Spec exhaust
Car was setup nicely and work was done mostly at GST Motorsports and MPJ in Hayward.

i feel, thatnu should get rid of the K&N intake and get a cobb or use ur stock one. get an AP v2 and u should b fine. to reach ur goal ur goin to have to get a bigger turbo, bigger injector and a bigger fuel pump.
my mods:
cobb sf intake (needed for using the AP, or ur stock intake will do)
helix up and catted DP
HSK BOV ( i like it)
helix DNA coilovers
white line sway bars 22mm front and 24mm rears
AP v2 running stage 2 map

u buy the AP, and use the off the shelf map to get urself to a tuner to get ur car dyno tuned for ur mods..
take ur car and put it back to stock, and take it to the dealership to get the ECU reflashed. then buy the AP, and get the mods u want, use the OTS map and get urself to a tuner and get it protuned.
