Just picked up a 02 wrx, it has a catless downpipe and uppipe, intake, and 3" catback but it hasn't been tuned. I was just wondering if it would be safe to still drive it like this until I get a tune? I've heard you arnt suppose to drive if you don't have a tune and you add an intake or downpipe..

02's are pretty forgiving, should be safe as long as the intake is not too janky; stock intake is reportedly good to 300+ WHP, which is pretty tough to yank outta a 2 L!

The 02 does not require a tune donsome research and you will found out why,I would def get a tune so that you can get the full potential of the car it really does make a difference and will def be happy you had it done.
