Another dealer has now said my turbo is getting too hot, I need to put an intercooler spray in, like the STi has. Anyone heard of this before. Where to get one, is it really the problem. Loss of power only happens once the car gets hot, 7 to 15 laos around the track. Can not reproduce in normal driving conditions.

I'd say that your problem is that you're taking advice from your dealer. Give some more information and maybe someone on here can help you out better. Better yet, do you know any Suby enthusiasts local to you?

The issue is I loose power on hard cornering at the track, only after the car gets hot, ie:10-15 laps. The loss if brief but very noticeable, going from 70mph-30mph, sharp right, down shift to 2nd,sharp left and blam the car lerches foward, then acceleration kicks back in. It happens in two spots at 1 track, both are at the last corner of an "S" series. at onother track it happened on the straight away, pedal to the floor and it would sputter, just like when your running out of gas, half to full tank of premium from Shell or Texeco.
Feels like it's fuel starvation but its happened w/ a full tank of gas.

as I have never seen this on a wrx while road racing, there was a mini cooper in a rally last season that was having problems w the roll over switch thinking that the car was involved in an accident from all the lateral G's ( I am sure the bumps didnt help ) and it was killing the fuel pump for a few mins.
just for kicks and experiments sake, you may want to test that , or see if you can lock voltage from your fuel pump to see if its getting shut off ( maybe you have a friend w delta dash? ) .
just a thought
