Serve4dark- last time I checked, the Ecutek re-flash is currently undetectable by the dealer ship unless you tell them your ECU has been re-flashed or have a sticker on the ECU itself w/ the company logo that re-flashed your ECU (this actually happened to someone).

Like Soren said, just make sure there's no sticker on your ECU and it looks like it's never been touched (all clips in the carpet, all screws holding the cover plate down, etc.) and you should be fine.
