I currently have Cobb Stage 1 (All stock parts) and I get 21 with my normal stoplight city driving. It goes up to 25-26 on highway trips from sac to colusa or the bay area/tahoe.

The gas milage stays pretty close to the same as stock. Sometimes better depending on conditions.
