Swaping ECUs

I have the oppurtunity to purchase an already flashed 2002 ECU (flashed by Cobb Tuning to their STG2 91 octane map). Along with this, I am getting their Cobb AcessPORT, but that doesn't come for a while. My car is completely stock, performance wise, but from the same guy I am getting a complete Turbo Back which the ECU is flashed for.

My concern is that his ECU is from an 2002 and my car is 2003. Along with that, the computer is just from a different car. Should this pose any problems? Is there anything I should be aware of?

Any suggestions/comments are appreciated.
