get all the rhd parts from japan... wire harness, steerring rack, dash, steering colum, pedal box, windsheild wiper motors, and you shoud be set!!!

you need a lot of parts... but its possible

dash, door panels, wiring, steering rack, brake master cylinder, possibly pedal box, brake and clutch lines and throttle cable....

you need to make new hole in firewall too
