Strange noises! Need some input.

I noticed the noise about a week ago. The noise I show coming from the exhaust can be heard inside the car too but it also seems in sync with the ticking going on from the engine bay. Lifters? Can they be heard from the exhaust? I have no exhaust leaks and from what I can tell no vaccum leaks. (Carb cleaner method) The high pitch ring is hard to hear in the video. But when I turn the wheel left or right it comes and goes instead of a constant ringing. Power steering fluid is full but that wouldn't cause a ringing sound like this if it were low but does whine a little turning when the car is still. And it's hard to actually pinpoint the ringing. Otherwise car is seemingly running fine and turbo is still boosting.

Besides the noises I described. I know it's hard to hear in the video. I'll upload a new one tomorrow.
