ACT HD street clutch installed. now some noises

I just got the ACT HD street clutch installed not long ago.
what i noticed lately is that every time right after i shift and let go of the clutch. there would be a metal clicking noise for about a sec... sounds lik something is shaking.

is that normal?

sometimes it would happen also on uneven roads when the car is shaking.

any help would be appreciated

I just installed the HD clutch and I am getting a vibration -> grinding noise with no load, de-accelerating from 4500 -> 2000 RPM.

Off throttle clutch noise.

Hey I have a '98 RS. I put an aftermarket clutch in my car 2-3 years ago and have been hearing that noise (off throttle between 3000 & 2500 almost like a grinding or deep chattering noise) ever since! All my research indicates the cluth disk is the culprit. I'm no expert but I can see how a couple of thousandths of a inch difference on say, the splines could cause a vibration. I saw some posts on NASIOC relating to this same issue. Apparently this is happening to a lot of people. I just live with it until I have to get another clutch (which is now ironically).

There you go. You have to make sure they are set all the way in and balanced before you close everything up. I have an ACT with a lightened flywheel in my Prelude and it is heavier and clicks when I shift but that's the extent of it. I didn't put mine in though, Jotech did.

After further review the low decel rubbing seems to be the exhaust. I prolly dislodged a rock stuck in a heat shied when removing/installing.
