Okay, heres the story:
Today, I swaped unichips and harnesses with a guy running stage 4 TXS. I did this becuase my car has been idleing funny and stalling as well. I'm running a vf22, injectors, front mount, and a unichip (tuned by vishnu). I did the switch, and drove the car, no problem. Switched back, and boom, big problems. Boost cutting around 12psi, very shaky acceleration, but drives OK staying out of high-boost. Pulled the codes, got p0031/p0037 again and again (front and rear oxygen sensor heator malfunction) I followed all of the steps outlined in the factory books and got me no where. Swaped out with new front & rear oxygen sensors, ECU, try with/without the unichip, but little to no results. I think I've elminated the unichip, ecu and bad sensors out of the equasion b/c after replacing all of them the problem still existed. Tested all of the harness connections to the ECU, and visually examened them, and everything seemed fine. At the end of the list of checkmarks according to the factory cd, it says there may be a problem in the wiring somewhere between the ECU and the sensors. Any ideas on how to deal with this? Thanks!
