Rally Performance ECUTEK

I have been trying to buy an ECUTEK from this company (found at www.rallyperfomance.com) for weeks. I am getting nowhere. Has anyone else out there had any experience with them? Please provide me with some feedback so I can figure out whether to do business with someone else (Vishnu, etc.) instead

Rally Performance is an excellent company, and they are pretty active on this board.... Err, I mean the 'other' board.

But how are you trying to get in touch with them? By phone or email? I would take the former over the later anyday.

Thanks for the feedback but I already decided to buy one from Vishnu. I was trying to contact them by phone and by email. I spoke to Ken over there several times and had decided to buy the ECUTEK. Last I heard he was just going to "dial-in" an additional remapping based on octane rating and he would be ready. That was back at the end of June. I always felt that they would be good to buy from. I just couldn't get anywhere. Oh well, hope the one from Vishnu does the job.
