Rally Performance ECUTEK
 

I have been trying to buy an ECUTEK from this company (found at [url]www.rallyperfomance.com[/url]) for weeks. I am getting nowhere. Has anyone else out there had any experience with them? Please provide me with some feedback so I can figure out whether to do business with someone else (Vishnu, etc.) instead

Rally Performance is an excellent company, and they are pretty active on this board.... Err, I mean the 'other' board. ;)

But how are you trying to get in touch with them? By phone or email? I would take the former over the later anyday.

Thanks for the feedback but I already decided to buy one from Vishnu. I was trying to contact them by phone and by email. I spoke to Ken over there several times and had decided to buy the ECUTEK. Last I heard he was just going to "dial-in" an additional remapping based on octane rating and he would be ready. That was back at the end of June. I always felt that they would be good to buy from. I just couldn't get anywhere. Oh well, hope the one from Vishnu does the job.

Yes, rallyperformance sells quality stuff, but their customer service isn't all that great. Cobb is the best, in my experience.
