question about cobb stage 2 map

i am runnig fuitsubo rm10a exhaust k@n intake and hks bov
when i run stage 2 the car run very funny i dont hear the intake sound no more btw i got a 04 sti

You need a downpipe at MINIMUM to run stage 2. Your car is probably running funny because of the bov. Tyr putting the stock one on and see if it runs better.

Fujitsubo RM01A is only a catback right? Are you talking about a K&N panel filter or actual intake?

If you do have a K&N intake, a BOV and catback with no downpipe you don't have anything you need to run stage 2. You have everything you don't need. The cat back will work but without a DP stage 2 is a no go.
