no Ignition .

no Ignition .
I bought a Legacy 2001 that had an accident to the front end, both air bags deployed, now i have checked the timing belt and it is intact and the timing marks allign, i tried starting the engine but do not have any ignition, how do i get the ignition back, is it related to the airbags deploying? all fuses are ok and battery has been disconnected and reconnected before. any suggestions?
