I just got my 04 sti protuned on wednesday bu paul @ dbtuned. My car is putting 270 whp and 286.5 flb.t this was done on the mustang dyno. My car feels like it runs much better and has more power that before the protune. I gained 48 whp from my cars baseline. I have txs stralthback exhaust with highflow cat and standard txs 2.5 inch muffler. I definately recomend getting a protune

so the only mod you have is a TBE? or a cat back w/ a highflow cat?

 

ProTUNER is the tuning system used by tuning facilities using the Cobb AccessPORT device licensed by the car owner. The device itself is a set price by Cobb but may be purchased either directly from Cobb or a licensed vendor. Part of the initial cost goes toward the licensing for the owner as well as for the device itself.

From Cobb's home page, click on 'DEALERS' on the menu to find ProTUNER tuning facilities in your area. DBTuned is located in Roseville CA, just outside of Sacramento, but I'm sure that Paul would be glad to work out a custom dyno tune if you wanted to schedule an appointment.
