NJ: 04 WRB Sti 59k miles, Raw1 Motor. FP Turbo, EWG, FMIC, AP Protune

I am selling my dream car because my third kid is on the way. Sucks for me and I am not happy about it but there is nothing I can do. I have all receipts and a master list of the total cost for all the items purchased which totals $20,143.51 spent on modifications/repairs. The car driven and the mileage is at 59,715. Garage kept, god help anyone who ever came near it with a cigarette, and I personally changed the oil and kept a record of the date/mileage every time in the back of the owner’s manual. I have the carfax saved from when I purchased this car and have detailed records of all the modifications with mileage and dates below (documented in the back of the owner’s manual). I have the title in hand and will not entertain low ballers, joy ride seekers, or anything else that would further upset me about having to sell this. Kelly Blue Book has this listed at $18,000 without any of the modifications or attention to details/record keeping I have done. Looking for serious offers only and not interested in any trades.

A very large amount of pictures documenting everything done during the time I have owned this can be be found here:

History
=========
I purchased this car used from Salerno Duane in Newton, NJ on 3/15/08 and the car had 25,378 miles on it. This is my dream car that I had wanted since owning my first Subaru over 10 years ago! After driving it for less than a year, I had engine failure on a stock motor and without any aftermarket upgrades. I replaced the engine with a new short block from Raw1 (Axis) and had the engine professionally rebuilt with a few upgrades by the people at Area1320. I started to build up the suspension during this time and felt like the car could use a little bit more power as well. I saved up and purchased a turbo upgrade complete with all the necessary supporting mods and had them installed/tuned by the guys at EFI Logics. While getting the tune done, I found out my clutch had reached the end of its life and about a month later returned to EFI to have the new clutch and re-tune done. Shortly after that I found out I was having my third kid and there is no way I can be able to transport 3 kids in an Sti so my dream car has to go before I really got a chance to enjoy it. Car just passed NJ inspection August 2010.

=====The Bad======
When I purchased this from the dealer, the trunk must have been swapped because they did not have a key that opens it. This has to be opened manually from within the car. The passenger front door will not unlock using the key. The electronic method does lock it but it would appear that someone tried to break into the car prior to me owning it. I have the replacement part needed to fix this but never got around to scheduling a time with the dealership to do the work.

Oil pressure sensor not installed for defi gauges (gauge is connected and part of the 3 pod holder)

Curb rash on one wheel, small dent in hood some other slight scratches
