Your biggest restrictions on a new age USDM WRX are the 3 factory catalytics. Getting rid of them will net you some 20-30HP and greatly improve driveability.

You can get a uppipe and TurboXS stealthback and keep your stock muffler that way you can stay relatively quiet. Later you can add on a Prodrive Axleback for a added rumble that is not intrusive at all.
