i recently put a perrin turbo inlet hose on my car and it was ok for about 10 mins, I got a CEL, i pulled code and its a p0103 for MAF sensor high circuit input. I see the CAI that i had on there was hitting the fenderwell ...

Has anyone heard of the metal tube grounding out the MAF making it run like poop

 

what other mods do you have?

 

vf34, utec, sti injectors, fuel pump, perrin intercooler hoses, turbo xs bov, up pipe, and custom 3 in exhuast..... i think thats about it

 

i doubt that you're grounding the maf. more likely you've exceeded the maf's capabilities.

 

well than what should i do i put a new sensor in and it was fine for about 10 mins of idling, when the engine went on a tilt from torque my buddy seen the intake hit the fenderwel and the car shut off with a code that wont clear...


please help
