engine life?
if u guys are running a type of engine management can you please tell me what kind? for how long you have been using it? and if u like it or, if you should of got something else instead? the main thing is i want to get some form of engine management just want to know what kind, and if you car can handle for over a couple years or not

The longevity of the engine is going to be more dependent on how it's used than what gets used for EFI management. If you're looking to build up a 500bhp drag racer, you shouldn't expect to get 2 seasons out of an engine.

i was really leaning towards the accessport, but then i dont really like the lack of maps they have, but its such a good price for it, but now im reading about the utec and really liking that, but i dont know if i will be able to tune it, and dont want to take it to a shop to get it tuned and get raped on the pricing.....
im at the point where i need engine management cuz the next thing i want to buy is a turbo, then hold onto to it for a few months or so then buy a fmic, so i can install and get them tuned at the same time so i dont have to pay for 2 tunes

utec has base mpas which will match up to what mods u have right now, later after u do major mods like ur turbo and fmi, u can always ask turboxs or just get some tuning down. tuning is just to get ur car to its potential with the mods u have.
