Ok so I have two probolems that may or may not be related. I've got an 03 Warx Wagon with full catless exhaust and a Vishnu race chip. When accelerating hard in the higher rpm's the power just cuts out. I was thinking its ether an O2 censor or the fuel pump going out. Any ideas? The other is simmilar. If I gun it around a wet corner and do a little powerslide after the back end comes back in line the car will power down. If I push in the clutch the engine will turn off and I have to restart the car. Could this be related? Or maybe a loose wire that gets knocked around when there is added horizontal Gforce? _side note.... My fuel gage is going out. ever now and then the gage will go up and down even when full and sometime the check engine light comes on and the code is for a failing fuel gage.\

And help/advice would be greatly appreciated. These quircks are driving me up the wall.

Do you get a flashing Check Engine Light? This would indicate fuel cut to prevent overboost. Those old Unichip devices aren't currently used by any tuner in the U.S., as much better tuning solutions (hardware and software) offer safer tunes.

 

No I don't. But I just found a good tuner and I'm going to have him look at her.
