Generic Stage 2 map or Reflash?

is running a generic stage 2 map from cobb's website ok for my set up?
just high flow cat tbe and k&n intake.

and i tried running launch control map but doesnt seem to work...anyone know the problem? when i try to get into launch rpm settings and such it says "load LC map". i'm running stock perm. map and stage 2 LC on real-time map, does this matter? need i relfash the ecu with stage 2 lc map permpanently?

Yeah the cobb OTS map is fine for your setup although you would make more power and driveability if you went with a protune. I'm not sure what's wrong with your LC map since I've never used them, but it sounds like it's setup right.

i set up lc map to perm. reflash and it works however, i used for one day and got rid of it, because it also had flat shifting and that annoyed the crap out of me.

You can essentially disable FFS by raising the FFS limiter up to about 6800RPM. Then it won't get in your way and you can still enjoy launch control

Yea... if you're good at launching, LC really only helps with large turbo cars that need help spooling off the line. With the stock turbo a good drive can usually launch better without it. Mediocre drivers become much more consistent with LC, however.
