Question Emissions

If you get your ecu reflash (still having all 3 factory cats on the car), will you be able to pass emissions? I been wondering about this for a while and wasnt able to find any solid answer.

If the car is pretty much factory with maybe a catback (still retaining the cats), yes, your vehicle will pass CA smog check easily. The reputable tuners who sell reflashes do not alter idle and low-speed cruise characteristics and currently the state of CA does not require smog testing stations to put AWD vehicles on the chassis dyno.
