Question ECU reflash + gas mileage

I was just wondering for those who have gotten there ECU reflashed. Did you notice a positive or negative change to your gas mileage?

With a reflash comes more horsepower. Those who spend their hard-earned money on horsepower typically go out and drive in ways not conducive to high fuel economy. However, most people report economy at or slightly above what they are used to for freeway cruising. HTH.

Kool...thanks for the info. Most of my driving is during rush hour traffic. And every once in a while my lead foot takes over .

1st fill - 25 mpg
2nd fill - 23 mpg
3rd fill - 22.5 mpg
4th fill - 23 mpg
5th fill - 23.5 mpg
6th fill - 23.2 mpg
7th fill - 22.7 mpg
8th fill - 23.5 mpg
9th fill - 25.9 mpg (Oxnard Trip)
10th fill - 24.1 mpg
11th Fill - 21.9 mpg (driving hard)

So it looks like I wont notice much change in gas mileage, as long as I drive like the way i normally drive.
