So I was checking out a couple other subaru sites and one discussed how if you get any type of a/f computer, or unichip or whatever that your ecu will essentally "learn-around" the mod and make it usless after a while. has anyone heard about/experienced this? I'm looking for a good ecu mod for a 98' impreza L N/A 2.2 and was hoping for something like the accessport, but am having a hard time finding one for my car... help!! I realize that the mods that auctially re-flash the ecu wouldn't have this problems, but what about uni-chips and other similar mods.

 

So... does nobody know anything about this, c'mon I know someone's heard something.
