It's really not worth the investment in stand alone management for a naturally aspirated motor unless it's a dedicated race car. Just getting cams and no other changes will bring more gains than standalone on stock cams, for example.
Also, by "ecu monitor" do you mean management, or a diagnostic tool like DeltaDash? If you just want to read the ECU, an OBD scanner will do that for you.

Sorry I was a bit unclear. I would like something where I can read and manage CEL's as well as sensors and whatnot. Something like a odb scanner, but that looks nicer, and is a little more functonable. Preferably that is mounted somewhere in my car. I already have cams, port and polish, valve job, competition valves, and dual valve springs, lightweight pully, CAI, kyb agx's, (auctially I'm finishing the head stuff this week, my car is currently apart, heh.) I got an APEX afc-II on the way(wasn't going to go with it, but I got a great deal), and I have a almost worthless exhaust that I'm going to be working on/replacing next.

I have there OBD2 scanner program on my Handspring Visor. Its compatable on most all palm based PDA's. They will sell you the program and cable for your paticular PDA. I got mine in a group buy on 3si.org for around $75.00. If you dont have a PDA, check there compatable PDA list first, then get a cheap one on ebay for like $25-$50.
Hope that helps,
