Anouncing Griffin Racing!
lol..ive never heard of terry or this shop, but from what you guys are saying, I dont think this meeting will be so smooth
=P
What was wrong with EQ/Equilibirum Tuning?
Equilibirum Racing sounds cool too and you can carry your reputation with you, instead of infringing on the reputation of someone else

From the response in the thread though, I think it's likely at this point that we'll put an ixnay on the Griffin thing... but I am going to go by GMW tomorrow and have a chat-ski...

edit: that comment isnt to refuel the Moike/Ed debate, but rather an inside joke due to one of our buddy's love for the old brit we know as Moike and skepticism for anything non-Moike or non-Gruppe-S

Edit: whoops, forgot to quote. There was a question about Crucial Racing's involvement.... the following is the answer:
Crucial is going to remain separate. Ed will still be involved with R&D for us though... and I'll be involved w/ ____ ____ <<< that's the current shop name, btw
...Crucial will be moving to a wholesale only model soon-ish, and we intend to expand the product line quite a bit in the next few months
. Should be pretty darn exciting all around! ...and ______ ______ will carry Crucial parts, but wont have an exclusive or anything.
Hope it makes sense. I know there was a decent amount of talk and whatnot. I've enjoyed working with Ed very much, and we're going to continue to do so... just in a slightly different 'format.'
...and not to leave out the FIA part of the equation!!! All things considered, ____ ____ is really going to benefit from this collaberation. Everybody brings something different and the goal is the best possible (and consistent) service, tuning, setup, parts, custom work, information, etc, for YOU, the customer
... yeah that sounds horribly corny haha. But it's true, and it'll be the driving force behind _____ _____...

...and Moike is great. None of us would ever say otherwise; in public or amongst outselves. There are, without doubt, plenty of us in the area to support multiple, talented tuners. I expect 'the guys' (i.e. Mike & Ed, + crew) to continue to have a friendly, working relationship and hope that never changes. I think both of them know and believe that's the best situation for everybody involved.
...okay.... off for the night!

I can't wait for this shop to get up and running. Can someone let me know when you have prices set for hourly labor and alignments and whatnot?
I don't know anything about the other guys in the shop, but if Eds willing to work with and be associated with them, I'll trust them to touch my car
