That was all I was asking- I'm sure that if he's OK with it you're fine, but I could see this leading to a lot of confusion, both are called Griffin, and seriously who doesn't shorten the name of a shop when they talk about this kind of stuff, how would anyone that does not know both businesses know any distinction? and besides, apart from dyno tuning- what do you do that his shop doesn't?
If you guys "agreed" on these points without consulting him, you shouldn't be surprised to see a letter from a lawyer.
