Whining when pulling out of first

Whining when pulling out of first

when i start out in first and then shift to second when i engage the clutch compensate and pull out of gear i hear a slight whine.... is this bad?>

I hear a slight whining noise going from 4th to 5th... I asked the same thing... people said it was normal. I am going to get the car looked at in a couple weeks and I'll let ya know what they do or what happens.

I hear a whining noise driving normal, sometimes it is so bad, sounds like metal scrapping somewhere. I drive a 00 rs. I took off the tires, check the brakes and nothing looks diff. Even changed my pads to. Any Clue?
