Stage 2 clutch

Stage 2 clutch
I recently put a SPEC stage 2 clutch in my 93 Impreza L and I think it is hastening the demise of the already worn transmission. Anyone have a suggestion for drivetrain combination? I know I need to rebuild the tranny and will be checking into heavy duty parts. Should I run a light weight flywheel? I'm not sure how what affects what after the power leaves the back of the engine.
