shifting notchy, doesn't seem as smooth after tranny oil change

I went with Swepco on my 04 STi based on LIC's recommendation and have been very happy. Had Mobil1 in there but it seemed to make my shifter hang during shifts. Had an 02 WRX with Mobil1, did the same thing. Stock fluid was brutal in New England winters until it was warm which was just as you pulled up to your destination.
