Severely slipping new clutch

Well, I thought I had just completed my project. I was wrong. Among many other things I have installed a (used) exedy lightweight flywheel and a new clutch. I went out for a spin and the clutch is slipping *really* bad.

The instant the manifold pressure starts to go positive at 2000 RPM (~15% throttle) the clutch slips BADLY.

I checked that the clutch fork has a little bit of play (isn't still being pushed by the slave cyl when the clutch pedal isn't depressed).

Is there anything else I should check before I pull the motor out again?

Once I do, where should I look first? What's the stepping on the flywheel supposed to be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should also mention that it is an '00 RS gearbox/clutch setup.

Well, I pulled my motor out and had a gander. The surfaces are clean, it wasn't the hydraulics the biggest suspect right now is the flywheel. I purchased it used from someone (they had it resurfaced) and I'm wondering if it is supposed to have a step in it. (it doesn't)

Does anyone know what the stepping is supposed to be for the 2000 RS?
