Redline Transmission Fluids/Oils
There seems to be a continued debate about exactly which Redline fluids to use in my transaxle and my rear diff. (After reading the Sticky in the Maint/Warr Forum and a few searches....lots of debate and contradiction) Unabomber over at NASIOC has that badass manifesto which states:
Redline lightweight, full-synthetic shock-proof in the TRANS
"Anything" seems to be his answer for the REAR DIFF
Here is what I am ordering up:
Redline 75w90 for the REAR DIFF
Redline 75w90NS for the TRANS
ANy input would be appreciated, thanks.

I've been using this for about 100k miles now. I just switched the rear to Lightweight Shockproof since the shop was out of the 75w90 though. That was last weekend. It really depends on how you shift if you'll like it though. If you are nice and smooth and let the syncros do their work then, you'll love it. If you drive like a gorlilla and mash it into gear, then you will get some grinding.
I take pity on my tranny and I haven't had any probems so far.
