06 wrx MT into an 04 WRX Help?

06 wrx MT into an 04 WRX Help?
anyone with any words of wisdom would be appreciated.
I have to opportunity to replace my 04 wrx 5spd MT (which is toast) with a factory 06 5spd MT. I'm wondering if anyone has done this and what are the major pitfalls. I know the axles will mate with a seal kit, but my main concerns are
1) is there a speedo compatibility issue?
2) is there a clutch set-up compatibility issue?
any help is appreciated.
