If its under warranty, take the car in and have them look at it.

I had the same problem were it poped out of gear in 3rd gear while going down hill when i lift off throttle. I took the car to the dealer for oil change and problem.thay wanted me to leave my car but i could not leave it, i need the car for work.well thay changed the oil the tech noticed on the work order check manuel gear box for popping out of gear in 3rd,well he must of fix it cause it has not happend at all and its bin many months already. ill bet that it was a loose transmision mount that he tightned up. I got lucky cause if that doesnt work that means the gear box has to come out for repairs.

i would try shifter bushings, yours might be worn....mpj offers em for about 20 bucks and they are easy to put in....

this might not be your problem though....
