Which Neo Synthetic for Front Diff?

2002 WRX MT, which Neo Synthetic should I use for the front diff/tranny, 75W90RHD or 75W90HD?

Can I use this in the rear too?

Either -- depends on how fat is your wallet. The Neo is one fits all for the front and rear too.
