02 wrx mods. cobb stage 2, headers, uppipe, drop in filter,perrin pulley. future turbo upgrade.

are you making close to or over 300TQ ? i read on nasioc that is how much the stock clutch can hold. If you aren't making more torque than that i recommend going with the stock clutch

it is tempting to 'upgrade' and purchase more clutch than you need, however, personally i don't think you want a clutch that engages too abruptly, because that makes it easier to shock load the transmission during hard driving, and shock loading is what breaks the tranny.

i think you want to keep the clutch as 'weak link' in the chain to try and save the tranny, so i would purchase the stock clutch, or as close to stock and still able to hold the power your car is making
