justin, you'll like that setup. that's what i've got and it's been great.

you will need to get used to the deceleration noise though.. that's not going away.

note to folks: 300whp is _not_ the limit of the oem clutch.

ACT all the way.

Get the 6 pad race clutch. 527 lbs SB3-HDR6
And the 9.6 lbs prolite flywheel

This is what I'm running in the Rally car. I'll set the car up to drift only using the clutch, and it's never done me wrong. For instance, 60mph I'll drop it into second and slip all four wheels. From there, I have the torque and power range to pull out of a turn. The 9.6 lbs makes subarus super torquey. Sweet set up. I wouldn't run anything else.

However for street use I would NOT reccomend the 9.6 lb flywheel. I almost feel that my 13 lb streetlite flywheel is too light for the street. It makes for really hard starts on any inclines. The deceleration noise I have identified to be an exhaust noise. Im going to try to fix it this weekend.

Okay, I have my car back. I ended up getting the stage 1 act, but my flywheel was pretty messed up so instead of resurfacing it, I ended up getting a 14lb exedy flywheel that they had in the shop. The car feels peppier and lighter on its feet. it's a little harder to start off with in first, but that's expected, I'm still adjusting my driving to the new setup. Overall, I'm satisfied with it, I'm curious to take it to the track after it's broken in and ready to go.

I used to daily drive with a 9.6 lbs flywheel. It's ok once you learn how to handle it.
