high stall TC
im not sure i understand how it works, say i have a stall at 2800 rpm dose that mean that until i hit 2800 rpm the car wont move, rev in place, and the engin be dis engauged from the engin? or is it that i step on the gas and the revs build up faster than normal till 2800 rpm and then regular engauge ment resumes. am i way off ? thanx for all the help

Car Info: 05 WRX 4EAT (VF34'd and FMIC'd)----sold :(
Your car WILL move under your set stall speed if your just driving.
The whole purpose of the High Stall TC mod is to raise your auto's "stall speed."
(If you do the vacuum launch/ brake torque technique )
This is the speed of your RPM at which they will stop climbing. ( while having your foot on the gas and brake simultaneously)
The TC mod does nothing but help your car achieve higher RPM speed for launching in the 1/4 mile.
Although, most debate that it effects daily drivability, and gives quicker, firmer shifts, I wouldn’t know, I have yet to do it.
I've gotten my 05' up to 3,000 ( stock TC)
