Getting clutch installed, new flywheel necessary?

I've got a '02 WRX Wagon with 93,xxx miles and the stock clutch is about to die on me. I'm going to get a new clutch installed tomorrow but was wondering if its necessary to have a new flywheel installed. Was quoted at $80, am I getting ripped off? Would it be better to get the flywheel resurfaced? Could I get the clutch installed and have the flywheel resurfaced/installed in the future?

Thanks

well machine shops usually charge 50 to 60 bux to resurface and balance a flywheel but if you can get a new one for 80 you might as well get it. plus it will save some time since you won't have to wait on the machine shop.
