Clutch Flywheel Question

I wasn't sure where to put this question but since it pertains to the tranny I figured I would start here and if it is the wrong place it will get moved, but I was wondering what a resonable price would be to install a clutch and flywheel, especially if you are bringing the shop the parts? I got an estimate from a shop that specializes in Subaru's for $450. I this good, bad, or about average?

IIRC it takes about 4-6 hours and most of the subaru specialists around here charge about 70-80 $'s per hour.
