my car shakes a little when i make a left turn at slow speeds. in the middle of my turn, my steering wheel shakes and vibrates a little. my car also shakes a little too. this only happens when i turn left. what could it be? my car has only 8k miles.

i don't think so because when im stopped and i turn my steering wheel to the left slowly, my car vibrates a little but when i turn it right, it's smooth like it's supposed to be. i think it has to do with the steering system. will they void my warranty since my car is lowered? what could it be at only 8k miles?
