car bouncing after donute

Ok, first off id like to say that I don't post much ,cause I usually get most of the answers to my questions answered on searches, but I'm in real bad need of a tune, So I'm gonna ask since I cant figure out whats wrong

the problem:

I recently had a flat tire on my 04 STI(front left tire was flat), so I put the factory donut on, and left it for two weeks until I had enough to buy something else that something else was 2 245/45/17 tires. I put these two in the rear, while leaving the 225/45/17's in the front for another 2 weeks, until I could get 2 more 245 tires for the front.

one thing to note when driving on the donut the car did pull to the right, but I Figured it was due to the 225 on the right having more traction

The problem i'm having is my car now seems to bounce up, and down when I drive the car also kind of pulls a little to the right. The car doesn't seem to care weather it in gear or not when it does this. I thought I might have F***ed up my center diff, but when I got it checked out I was told it was fine. I think maybe a bent axle ? I does running staggered screw with the drive train?
Any ways some help would be appreciated.

yea it does mess up the drive train i believe best chance is to just not drive the car around and buy the other set of 225/45/17s and maybe get an alignment done to see if that fixes the problem

Ohh I forgot to mention when I put the center diff in lock, it locks.
I got the 245's, cause I read that it was fine to run them on the stock 04 bbs (7.5)
all my tires are now the same. (Falklen Azenties 245/45/17) for a while I was running stagared with the 225's in the front, cause I thought that if the diameter was the same, It shouldn't affect it that much. maybe having 20mm less rubber mass in the front affected it in some weird way??????

I think I'm going to wheel works tomorrow, since my alignment is still under warranty. Couldn't hurt.

I know its not the smartest thing to do to run stagared on awd, but hey
I didn't want to it, but I needed new tires, and my paychecks are only so big.
