i don't know if this has ever been addresed before but how hard is it to swap an auto to manual in a 98-01 2.5rs: what is all invlolved ,parts $,labor anything special to know before tackling a project of this nature, and which would be better to put in the six speed or the five speed. would i also have to switch out the diff

 

all I can say it will be in excess of $1000 or more..
