4EAT Transmission Temperature

I was wondering how hot your trannies run with a VB upgrade and TC upgrade...

Reason I'm asking is because I just put in a new VB a little while ago... I went to the track last week and was stupid and decided to hot lap my car (I don't ever do this by the way... (I'm chasing 12's I know I know bad excuse)...

Anyway, I recently noticed a day or 2 later that my transmission temperature climbs a little to quickly (could be just me though)... and it takes a while for my tranny to cool...

What type of trans temperatures do you guys with these mods experience and do you notice that the tranny temps climb faster if your harder on the gas?
