Hmmm....I think the fuse was discussed in another thread already. But basically, it is of the assumption that driving around in FWD mode is not good, hence why the manual says to use in emergencies only.

The WRX wheels should fit a 96 Legacy just fine, infact I believe some members actually have those wheels on that generation of Legacy.
