It wasn't a recall, it was a Technical Service Bulletin issued. The problem is, the clutch shudder problem was fixed under warranty. If you're out of warranty, you'll have a difficult time getting it replaced. However, if the replacement clutch was installed recently, and you still have the issue, you should be able to get it redone as the install probably wasn't done correctly.

I got the clutch shudder problem fixed under warranty with no questions asked.

Just went in, they took my car in, gave me a loaner for the day and it was fixed the same day.

Is your car modded though?, if it is, you may have problems getting them to do it under warranty.

The TSB # is 035102. Had mine done about 7 months ago and haven't had any problems since. Good luck.
