Would this Car run high 12s?

ummm...

as far as I know, doing clutch dumps at 6K RPM is not the wisest thing. Maybe that is why you are only running 14's. Try slipping the clutch, from about 4500 RPM to 5K RPM and you might see better results -- not to mention a more stable tranny. At that rate, 6K RPM dumps will require you to get a new tranny...soon!

I feel that..

the altitude definately has something to do with it. There's a calculation somewhere, that allows a person at such altitude to calculate what the car would run, when at a closer distance to sea level.

Maybe if you search for altitude, you might find some threads that contain this calculation. Or, as you said, run at a track that is not 3500 feet above sea level.
